Morocco and the UAE wins the conclusion of the second round of the Arab Futsal Cup | sport
On the 23th of May 2021 Sunday, the second round of the group stage of the Arab Football Cup in Futsal Championship, held in Egypt and organized by the Arab Football Association.
In the second group, Morocco won 3-1 against Comoros, and Khaled Kurei, Youssef Al Mazrai and Ashraf Saud scored for them, while the Comoros goal came through Hamdi Munawar.
In the second group match, the Emirates national team won 6-3 over its Saudi counterpart, and Omar Al Naqbi (4 goals), Abdullah Al Hosani and Hassan Al Hantoubi scored for the Saudi national team, while Moaz Al Asiri (2) and Omar Al Dabal scored for the Saudi team.
With those results, Morocco raised its score to 6 points at the top of Group Two, followed by the Emirates and Saudi Arabia teams with 3 points each, then Comoros without balance.
Tomorrow, Monday, the third and final round of the group stage competitions will begin, and two matches will be held in Group A, where the Egyptian national team meets its Bahraini counterpart, at four in the afternoon, then the Kuwaiti team meets the Mauritania team at seven in the evening, at Dr. Hassan Mustafa Hall.
Bahrain tops the group with 6 points from two wins, and has qualified for the semi-finals before the final round.
The Egyptian team ranks second with 4 points from a win and a draw, followed by Kuwait with one point from a draw and a loss, and then the Mauritania team without balance.
